CHESTER, PA -- Residents are up in arms over a hail of gunfire in front of a high school that was in session. Police decided to break up two fighting dogs with lethal force. First several rounds fired from a handgun, and then with a shotgun blast.
Chester Police were called after a stray dog jumped into the back of a truck stopped at a stoplight. A dog already in the vehicle was engaged in a fight with the stray and nobody was able to break them up.
